Magnesium alloy Plate  

 Type :    AZ91D,AZ31B, ZK60,AM60, AZ61,AZ80,WE43,WE54,WE94 etc.

 

Size Range:

Sheet: thickness from 0.5mm to 7mm; Max. width is 600mm; Max. length is 1200mm;

 

 

Chemical Composition:

 

Al: 2.5-3.5%; Zn: 0.7-1.3%; Mn: 0.20 – 1.0%; Mg: Balance

 

 

Appalication:

 

Sheet and plate in AZ91D find application in medium strength service at temperatures below 150°C. Diverse uses including aerospace, aircraft, concrete tools, 3C (cell phone / camera / computer), speaker cones and textile machinery can all benefit from light weight AZ91D.

 

AZ91D is non-magnetic and has high electrical and thermal conductivity filling the requirements for RFI and EMI shielding in the electronics and computer industries.

Superplastic forming of AZ91D sheet at elevated temperatures allows production of a wide variety of intricate parts for automotive uses. Monocoque construction utilizing formed sheet can be adapted to many commercial applications.

 * What is AZ91D ?

 AZ91D is a wrought magnesium base alloy with good room-temperature strength and ductility combined with corrosion resistance and weldability. Increased strength is obtained by strain hardening with a subsequent partial anneal (H24 and H26 tempers).

 

What about the Process?

•  az91d Magnesium alloy plate/sheet  is produced by process semi-casting and hot rolling with tons rolling machine.

•  Semi-casting is through using vertical casting and is colded by constant temperature well water under around during casting processing. Making casting completedly slabs(billets) have very small grain and very tight spacing between grain and grain.

•  Ensuring perfect inner quality without pore and slag inclusion.Which can be verified that we used Inspection method for macrostructure of wrought magnesium alloy products.

•  We produce magnesium alloy plate/sheet conforms to MIL-T-38749(USAF) Standard.

•  Normal mention to Magnesium Alloy Plate is pointed magnesium alloy hot rolling platewhich is through heating treament state H24, H26,O.

•  So AZ31B H24 magnesium alloy plate also called Magnesium Tooling Plate ia Have a perfect flatness and good surface with moderate strength and ductility.
